Erica Trout joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2014. Based in Midlothian, VA, she assists organizations with site selection and contract negotiation for meetings and events. Her background in planning conferences and meetings helps her understand her Clients’ unique needs while planning their events.

For the past 10 years, she managed her own business assisting professional networking associations with their administrative and event planning needs, organizing every detail of their annual conferences and training events each year. This valuable insight on how the Client side of meetings operates allows her to understand Clients’ objectives and goals. Her work experience also includes marketing and brand management during which she designed signage and booths for tradeshows. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Mass Communications from Emerson College. She is excited about sharing her meeting planning and site selection experience with HelmsBriscoe Clients to ensure successful meetings.
