With a bachelor's degree from the esteemed Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, she brings over 14 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, spanning from food and beverage operations to group and event sales. Her experience encompasses orchestrating high-profile corporate events, including her notable involvement in the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Doha, Qatar, as well as high-end social events, such as luxury weddings.
Felicitas has worked in managerial positions with the most renowned hotel groups in the world, including Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Mandarin Oriental. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Groups & Events as part of the pre-opening team at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich. Her extensive international experience covers Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, allowing her to bring a global perspective to her work. With her diverse experience and fluency in six languages, Felicitas understands the importance of clear communication and cultural nuances in delivering exceptional service. She thrives in creating customized solutions and has a unique ability to anticipate client needs, understanding the unspoken requirements that lead to the ideal venue selection.
