With over 15 years of experience in the Swedish hotel industry, starting in a purchasing role as Purchasing Manager at Kuoni Tumlare, Fätin has built extensive expertise in hotel and venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and event coordination. She began her career on the agency side, where she played a key role in improving hotel contracting and negotiation processes. Her journey continued with senior roles at renowned hotel brands, including Marriott and Elite Hotels of Sweden, where she specialized in MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) and the luxury leisure market.
