Grace Baker joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026 and is based in Plano, Texas. In her role, she manages venue negotiations, builds strong relationships with hotel partners, and ensures seamless execution of events, from sourcing to contract. With more than five years of experience in the meetings and events industry, she has developed a strong foundation in planning, coordination, and client relations. Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, she held event management roles where she oversaw logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for a variety of corporate and social events. She earned her Associate of Arts in Communications from McLennan Community College and is currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification to further deepen her expertise.

She approaches every client partnership with a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for delivering results that exceed expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her fiancé and their two cats—a season that has made her especially appreciative of celebrating life’s meaningful moments, both personally and professionally.
