Gaia Cantamessa joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. Based out of Montreux, Switzerland, she is committed to providing clients with a seamless experience by carefully understanding their objectives and identifying the right destination and venue for every occasion. Known for her relationship-driven approach, attention to detail, and proactive communication, Gaia is dedicated to delivering exceptional service while building long-term partnerships. Fluent in Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she enjoys working with clients from around the world and brings a truly international perspective to projects.

Gaia has more than nine years of international experience spanning hospitality, luxury services, event management and business development. She began her career in hospitality and luxury services in Dubai and Miami before coordinating a diverse portfolio of international events¬¬ ¬— from small executive meetings to congresses of up to 15,000 delegates, overseeing hotel accommodation, room blocks, and event logistics. She later transitioned into international sales and account management, developing strategic partnerships and managing client portfolios across multiple markets. Originally from Italy and based in Switzerland, Gaia holds a degree in Hospitality & Events Management and an MBA, combining Swiss hospitality education with a global perspective and client-centric approach.
