Known for an unwavering commitment to client success and a meticulous eye for detail, she excels at navigating complex logistics to deliver seamless event solutions. Before transitioning to the meetings/events industry, Heather spent decades leading high-stakes PR campaigns in the technology sector. This involved servicing prominent accounts via PR agencies and running the marketing committees for various industry associations. Throughout a career marked by fast-paced global markets, crisis communications, and client contacts located across continents, she’s mastered the art of best-in-class customer service. Heather is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in Journalism with a Public Relations concentration. She resides south of Denver in Castle Rock, Colorado, with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work she keeps busy on the pickleball courts and raises monarch butterflies.
