With more than six years of industry experience, including hotel sales, event planning, and client relationship management, Hannah Koepp brings a consultative approach to helping organizations source the right hotels and venues for their meetings and events. She joined HelmsBriscoe in 2026 as Manager, Global Accounts after building her career in hotel sales, where she partnered with corporate clients to manage group accommodations, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional event experiences.

Hannah’s experience working in hotels gives her valuable insight into both the client and supplier perspectives, allowing her to navigate the site selection process strategically while advocating for her clients’ goals, budgets, and attendee experience. She is passionate about building long-term relationships, simplifying the planning process, and serving as a trusted resource from sourcing through contract completion. Hannah earned her bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from St. Cloud State University, providing a strong academic foundation for her career. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.
