Heather Robberson joined HelmsBriscoe in 2026 as Manager, Global Accounts, bringing a client-first approach built on responsiveness, relationship-building, and personalized service. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, she is passionate about helping organizations simplify the site selection process while securing the best possible value for their meetings and events. Known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals, Heather serves as a trusted advocate throughout every stage of the sourcing process. She is excited to leverage HelmsBriscoe’s global network, industry relationships, and proven resources to help clients save time, reduce costs, and create successful meeting experiences.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning both the hospitality industry and the corporate meeting sector, Heather offers a unique perspective shaped by years of working on both sides of the negotiation table. Her background includes extensive experience with corporate, association, and government groups, as well as hotel sales and event management. Having represented hotels for much of her career, she understands how to negotiate effectively and identify opportunities that maximize value for her clients. She has developed a strong knowledge of hotels and destinations throughout the Southeast and provides strategic guidance for meetings and events of all sizes.
