Julie Bell joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2018. Based out of Manchester, England, Julie has more than 20 years of knowledge and expertise in rate and contract negotiations for centralised government departments and large corporate clients. With her experience and industry knowledge, Julie understands her clients’ need for maximizing cost savings, while ensuring the highest quality property for their event.

Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Julie worked for a large travel management company. In this role, she was responsible for negotiating rates and sourcing venues for companies within the corporate and government sectors. Julie believes that listening to her clients is the key to building trust and strong working relationships.
