Jeff Boston joined HelmsBriscoe in 2021 after 15 years of distinguished service with the PGA TOUR. Jeff was aware of the HelmsBriscoe name and reputation through his work as the PGA TOUR’s Hotel Administrator, and with the desire and calling to go into business for himself, Jeff took a leap of faith and joined this top-shelf third party. Since doing so, he now has the freedom and resources to build a strong business for his clients. Jeff is dedicated to helping his clients with the highest level of integrity and a well-rounded approach applicable to any type of industry and company, while also providing detailed and meticulous service gained through his diverse background.
Jeff began his career with Delta Airlines at the age of 19 and quickly rose to the level of Supervisor of Airport Services. After 9/11, he followed his passion into the golf industry by joining Ping Golf, then ultimately landing with the PGA TOUR. The primary focus of his role with the PGA TOUR has been procuring, negotiating, and facilitating all varieties of hotel agreements across the organization for PGA TOUR staff, players, their families, entourages, sponsors, clients, media, volunteers, and vendors. In this role, he maximized value, securing $20M in cost savings during his tenure. He also saved $1.6M in cancellation fees by skillfully renegotiating hotel agreement cancellations caused by COVID-19. Jeff is based in Northeast Florida and attended Northern Virginia College and Kennesaw State University where he studied hospitality, aviation business, and political science.
