Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Jacquelyn held various leadership roles in project management, business analysis, and customer relationship management at IBM Corporation, where she worked for 35 years. She played a key role in managing domestic and international sales transformation and enablement initiatives. In 2022, she and her team received Gold Stevie and Globee awards for their success in driving awareness, adoption, and advocacy through client-centric enablement and sales training. Jacquelyn’s professionalism, dedication, and strategic approach have fostered strong business relationships with both her clients and hotel partners.
