Jeffrey Chirinos joined HelmsBriscoe as Director, Global Accounts in 2025, and is based out of Santa Ana, California. He is a graduate in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from the prestigious Simon Bolivar University. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Jeffrey moved to Washington, DC, in his youth and followed his father’s footsteps of establishing a foundation built on hard work and a passion to serve others. He speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

With more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Jeffrey has worked for multiple brands, including Hilton, Marriott, and independent luxury properties in Miami, Houston, San Diego, San Francisco, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC. He has experience opening hotels and has held positions in sales, catering, customer service, and general management. He looks forward to making an impact at HelmsBriscoe while working with clients and HB teams across the globe.
