John Dirba, CMM - Regional Vice President
John began his hospitality career in Dallas after graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and a minor in Business. His many years of experience have given him the opportunity to work for hotels such as Omni Hotels, Stouffer Hotels and Resorts and Renaissance Hotels. In addition, John spent four years in restaurant catering sales for well-known establishments such as Star Canyon with renowned chef, Stephen Pyles.
Since John started with HelmsBriscoe in 1999, he has worked with many high-level, notable companies as well as Clients that conduct smaller, individual meetings. No meeting is too large or too small, and each Client gets the same amount of attention and follow-through. John was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2015 giving him more responsibilities in growing and mentoring fellow HB Associates. He has also had the great pleasure of receiving the President's Award every year since 2002.
