Joanna Finch

Joanna Finch joined HelmsBriscoe in 2005 and serves as Senior Director, Global Accounts, bringing more than 28 years of experience in strategic hotel sourcing and contract negotiations. She partners with corporate, association, and nonprofit organizations to secure the right hotel solutions while reducing risk, controlling costs, and creating exceptional meeting experiences. She also leads Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, overseeing a team of U.S. and international HelmsBriscoe Associates. Through strategic sourcing, disciplined contract negotiations, and data-driven processes, her team has delivered millions of dollars in documented savings and cost avoidance.

Joanna has earned HelmsBriscoe's President’s Club and Executive’s Club recognition for more than 15 consecutive years. A relationship builder at heart, she is known for her collaborative approach, industry expertise, and commitment to helping clients navigate an increasingly complex meetings landscape. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, Kevin, and enjoys traveling, cheering on her son Brennen as goalie for the Georgia Tech Lacrosse team, and spending time with her daughter Emilie, family, and friends.
