Her professional background includes key leadership roles in luxury hospitality across Mexico and Spain. Jessica has worked with prestigious five-star resorts such as Hotel Marina El Cid Riviera Maya, as well as acclaimed boutique properties, including Papaya Playa Project and Azulik in Tulum Quintana Roo, where she refined her skills in high-touch service environments. In addition, she has managed operations for exclusive luxury houses and apartments, overseeing teams responsible for group and event coordination, revenue management, reservations, and sales.
