Joye Johnson Smith joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Atlanta, Joye is an experienced sourcing and logistics manager. Joye is a shrewd negotiator with a client-first philosophy. Consistently exceeding client expectations, Joye strives for exceptional client satisfaction and strong vendor relationships that she can leverage again and again.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Joye has worked as a sales and marketing manager for Westin hotels, Noble Investments, and various restaurant companies like Charthouse Enterprises. In addition to her work on property, she has managed sales and business development for the companies that build the software that hotels rely on, including Amadeus (TravelClick) and Cendyn (Rainmaker). Joye has worked in almost every part of the hospitality industry, including as a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines and as a host of a popular TV show that showcases new and unique meeting spaces worldwide.
