Jessica Pappas joined HelmsBriscoe in 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, destination marketing, sales, and event planning. She is passionate about helping clients find the ideal venues for their meetings and events and is known for building strong, lasting relationships with clients, hotel partners, and industry professionals. Her personalized approach, attention to detail, and industry experience enable her to provide thoughtful guidance and help clients create successful and memorable meeting experiences.

Jessica’s career includes leadership roles with Experience Sioux Falls, Radisson Hotel, and the Continental Basketball Association. Her experience spans destination sales, group bookings, sponsorships, marketing, and event management. In 2025, she was recognized as a South Dakota Great Face designee for outstanding hospitality and customer service and was part of the Experience Sioux Falls team honored with the George S. Mickelson Award for exceeding customer service expectations. She is excited to bring that same commitment to exceptional service to every HelmsBriscoe client.
