Janice Yeo is a Manager, Global Accounts with HelmsBriscoe, where she partners with companies and groups to secure the right hotels and venues for their meetings and events. Based in Rome, Italy, she has more than 10 years of hospitality and event planning experience working on both the client and venue sides. Her background spans conference organizing, marketing, and operations for professional services, tech, innovation think tanks, and leading luxury brands, including Regent Singapore, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, and Fullerton Hotels. She has planned diverse events of all sizes, both online and offline—from intimate whiskey tastings and conferences with interactive breakouts to lifestyle destination experiences for more than 1,000 attendees. This blend of broad client-side insight, top-notch front-of-house guest service, and rigorous behind-the-scenes operational expertise gives her a nuanced understanding of how to balance guest experience, budget, and logistics for every event.

Janice is a graduate of Glion Institute of Higher Education, one of the world’s top hospitality and leisure management schools, where she earned her bachelor’s degree before completing an MBA in international business. Drawing on this global training and her on-property background, Janice’s personal philosophy is to treat every program as if she were hosting her own guests—listening closely, anticipating needs, and going the extra mile so that clients and their attendees feel genuinely cared for from first site visit to final checkout. She is bilingual in English and Chinese and enjoys discovering hidden gems in Rome, immersing herself in nature, and studying new languages.
