Karla Bruno joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026 and is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. In her role, she works with clients to understand their meeting and event needs and helps connect them with the right venues and resources to create successful experiences. Karla brings a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and business operations. She previously owned and successfully operated her own small businesses, where she developed valuable experience in customer service, relationship building, and managing the day-to-day needs of a company.

For the past five years, Karla has worked as an Operations Manager for a private company under a government contract, gaining experience in organization, problem-solving, managing priorities, and keeping operations running smoothly. These experiences have prepared her well for her role at HelmsBriscoe and strengthened her belief that great service comes down to listening, being dependable, and paying attention to the details. Karla looks forward to using her experience and passion for hospitality to help clients create successful events, while also building lasting relationships along the way.
