Her career spans over 15 years, with extensive experience directing operations at properties such as Homewood Suites Kansas City Speedway, Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan, Hampton Inn by Hilton Manhattan, and Hampton Inn by Hilton Salina. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered strong results in guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team development. Highlights include managing large-scale renovations, leading corporate events and training sessions, and building high-performing teams known for service excellence.
