Kimberly Jones, a hospitality enthusiast and seasoned sales professional with a passion for surpassing expectations, joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019 and is based in the Washington, D.C., area. Kimberly was a consistent top sales performer in the hotel industry, as recognized by Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. With more than 26 years of experience in hospitality, Kimberly values her extensive professional relationships with hotels, industry partners, and above all, with her clients. Her focus is to build long-lasting relationships with her clients and to use her expansive industry experience to assist them in achieving their goals.

Kimberly has a diverse hotel sales background, which includes 20 years of hotel senior sales executive experience at various properties across the country. Having the opportunity to work with both downtown and resort properties has allowed her to gain an understanding of the distinct differences, benefits, and challenges of both property types. This knowledge has been invaluable for Kimberly’s clients. Her strengths include a firm knowledge of the meetings and conventions industry, the interest and ability to educate her clients on the industry and its trends, and her precise attention to detail. Her expertise in property selection and contract negotiations, along with dedicated service to her clients, has allowed her to build trusted partnerships. No matter the meeting size, Kimberly’s skills and industry experience, combined with HelmsBriscoe’s collective knowledge and buying power, assures her clients will receive the best possible property, rates, and terms, while saving them considerable time and cost. Throughout her career, Kimberly has been an active member of several industry organizations, including ASAE and PCMA. Kimberly is currently an active member of the Ocean City Tourism Advisory Board, working to help shape key initiatives for Ocean City, Maryland, that will guide their strategies moving forward.
