Kerry Kerr joined HelmsBriscoe in January 2009 as an exciting next step in her career. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver the very best results. Kerry provides her clients with excellent service, and the industry expertise and buying power that only HelmsBriscoe can deliver. She has received the HelmsBriscoe President’s Club award since 2013, and is an active board member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). Kerry received the prestigious President’s Award from the Heartland Chapter in 2015, and Distinguished Meeting Professional of the Year in 2016. She believes that volunteering and attending educational and networking events is an important way to better serve her clients, and to pay it forward for the support she has received throughout her career.
Kerry is a positive, energetic and creative team player who brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, sponsorship and special events to her work. This experience includes six years as a regional manager for Condé Nast Johansens luxury hotel guides, and eight years with International Events Group in Chicago. Kerry has lived in Arizona, Louisiana, northern Virginia and Kansas, and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico and Europe. She is married to a wonderful man, and is the proud mom of three kids, ages 10, 13 and 15. She is based in Kansas City.
