Kelsie Munoz joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. She sources hotels and venues for meetings, retreats, trainings, and incentive programs worldwide. Kelsie’s background is fluid across hospitality, destination marketing, and corporate planning, and she enjoys partnering directly with meeting planners to shape clear briefs, create strong shortlists, and secure timely holds to ensure events run smoothly.
With more than 10 years of experience in travel and hospitality, Kelsie has worked in Charlotte, North Carolina; Denver, Colorado; and Santa Barbara and San Francisco, California. She also worked in destination services and marketing at Visit Vancouver, Washington, and in guest experience roles with Marriott and several boutique hotels. Outside hospitality, she has supported corporate and tech teams—among them, Nike and Wells Fargo—as an internal meeting planner, giving her firsthand insight into what planners need from venues. She continues to travel widely to keep her venue knowledge current across markets, allowing her to align spaces to programs wherever your meeting or conference takes you.
