She began her career teaching mathematics before spending more than a decade as a litigation consultant and expert witness, advising clients involved in complex legal disputes through advanced data analytics.

At HelmsBriscoe, Lainey is a project manager who drives strategic vision to enhance IT systems and related policies, develops new concepts to increase operational productivity, collaborates across all departments to improve user experience, and leverages her data expertise to support company-wide reporting and insights. After living in Chicago for 10 years, she recently returned to her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has rekindled her passion for creating wheel-thrown pottery.
