Lynn Fletcher

Lynn Fletcher joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. Based in Clayton, North Carolina, she partners with organizations to source hotels, meeting venues, and event solutions around the world, helping clients secure the best locations, rates, and contract terms—all at no cost to them. She is known for building lasting relationships, advocating for her clients, and approaching every event with the same level of care she would expect for her own organization. Lynn believes that successful events begin with listening, thoughtful planning, and a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations. Whether planning a small executive meeting or a large national conference, she is committed to making every client’s experience seamless, successful, and stress-free.

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, sales, and business development, Lynn has held leadership positions in hotel sales, managed care, physician relations, and healthcare administration. Her diverse background has given her extensive experience negotiating contracts, managing complex client relationships, coordinating meetings and events, and developing strategic business partnerships. She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has built her career around solving problems, creating meaningful connections, and delivering exceptional service. In addition, she is currently working towards an MLS program at Wake Forest University in the fall. Outside of her work with HelmsBriscoe, she is also an award-winning author and editor whose passion for storytelling reinforces her belief that every client, event, and partnership has a story worth telling.
