Lisa Scholes joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026, initially based out of Hertfordshire and soon to be relocating to Dubai. Lisa serves as a trusted strategic partner to clients seeking to plan meetings, corporate events, conferences, and group travel. Her role will combine deep industry expertise with thorough market insight to help organisations find the right venue at the best value, anywhere in the world. With 21 years of experience at Hilton across both hotel operations and corporate roles, Lisa has built a strong track record in commercial leadership and strategic account management. During her time with Hilton, she established two new sales teams—one in Dubai and another in the UK. She was also proud to have been recognised with Hilton’s prestigious Circle of Excellence award—a global distinction for outstanding sales performance, client success, and contribution to growth. In addition, Lisa’s background includes managing global travel programs for Hilton’s largest blue‑chip organisations, as well as working within Hilton’s intermediary agency team overseeing relationships with key strategic meetings and events partners. Alongside this experience, Lisa brings a genuine and personal approach to every client relationship. She is committed to making planning effortless, delivering thoughtful guidance, and ensuring every event feels seamless from start to finish.
