Based out of Bolton, New York, Lance joined HB with nearly 20 years of experience in retail and customer service, and is dedicated to assisting his clients in finding the perfect venues and locations for their events. Lance prides himself on his attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and communication.

Lance graduated from SUNY Adirondack with a degree in business administration, and a minor in accounting. He has been a leader in the customer service field, holding several prestigious positions, including General Manger with a Fortune 500 company. His extensive knowledge in customer experience, sales, and client retention helps him to consistently exceed expectations.
