Melissa Eardley joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025 and is based in Greenville, South Carolina. She is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and is known for going the extra mile to earn trust and deliver consistent value. Melissa is energized by HelmsBriscoe’s commitment to exceptional service and takes pride in representing a company that puts clients first. Melissa has nearly 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality and events, where she developed strengths in conflict management, multitasking, team leadership, and collaboration. She later served as a National Sales Manager for a DMO, partnering closely with hotels and supporting clients in creating seamless, memorable meetings and conferences. Her background in interior design enhances her creativity and ability to think beyond convention. She has been an active member of the MPI Potomac Chapter and recently served as Board Director for Professional Development where she was nominated for the chapter leader award. Melissa is grateful for a career that allows her to connect with people and support them in achieving exceptional results.
