Mary Kimbrell has been a dedicated member of the HelmsBriscoe team since 2001, specializing in delivering excellent service throughout the meeting site selection process. Originally from the East Coast, she has called the Phoenix Valley home since 2005. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality and event planning, Mary’s career began in hotel operations, public relations, and sales, before transitioning into professional sports travel. Her deep understanding of client needs was shaped by her own experience as a HelmsBriscoe client, where she was impressed by the company’s professionalism, efficiency, and cost-saving approach—an experience that inspired her to join the team.

Mary earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2021 and further advanced her expertise by obtaining Medical Meeting Planner (MMP) credentials in 2024. Her diverse client portfolio includes corporations, healthcare technology firms, biotech companies, entertainment sectors, and various associations. Whether managing an intimate gathering of 10 or coordinating a large citywide convention, she is committed to helping clients achieve their event goals with accuracy and care.
