Maureen joined HelmsBriscoe in 2016 and has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and tourism. Based in Huntington Beach, California, Maureen‘s successes include providing her clients time-saving services and introductions to special perks at many destinations worldwide. As a former hotel operations and sales manager, college tourism department head, and event coordinator, her innovative ideas, vast resources, and professional experiences help in assisting the busiest planners at all types of organizations. Maureen’s meeting experience encompasses incentive trips, conferences, social occasion room blocks, and more.

Maureen is a graduate of the State University of NY with additional certifications from John Jay College and Golden West College. She is also an Orange County Certified Tourism Ambassador with extensive community service experience. As a volunteer on numerous boards, including MPI, Visit Newport Beach, Visit Huntington Beach, Visit Anaheim, Soroptimist International, and Boys and Girls Clubs, she’s able to stay on top of industry trends and changes.
