Marlene Wan joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025 and is based in Singapore. She has over 20 years of experience in event management and had the opportunity to work in Shanghai, China, as General Manager of Dorier Asia Pte Ltd. In this role, she delivered five technical events monthly across China while overseeing end-to-end production.

Marlene returned to Singapore as Senior Events Manager at BCD Meetings and Events Pte Ltd where she had the opportunity to manage the AIG annual incentive, hosting 1,000 qualifiers from Asia Pacific and Japan. Before joining HelmsBriscoe, she was Online Event Producer with O’Reilly Media Inc where she managed all aspects of digital events, including planning, execution, and audience engagement. In her new role, Marlene will be focusing on client growth and account penetration.
