Before HB, Natalia led U.S. expansion at Shotgun, growing the business 7X in just two years. She also oversaw global supply operations at Pollen and managed key partnerships at Airbnb and HotelTonight, where she helped launch their hotel business in LATAM and supported COVID-19 frontline housing efforts.
