Natalie P. Mendez joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025. Based out of Richmond, Virginia, she partners with clients to deliver customized site selection and meeting solutions tailored to their organizational needs. Natalie is passionate about creating meaningful experiences through thoughtful planning, strong vendor and customer partnerships, and a commitment to service. She is known for her attention to detail, her desire to help others, and her ability to simplify complex processes for her clients.
Natalie holds a master’s degree in Project Management from The George Washington University. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she brings a strong background in business operations, event planning, and program management from her career in the federal government, where she worked with both the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Marshals Service. Throughout her career, she has successfully coordinated large-scale meetings, conferences, and offsite events, collaborating closely with hotels and venues to deliver cost-effective and memorable experiences. Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, Natalie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every event runs flawlessly. She looks forward to combining her operational expertise and passion for hospitality to help clients navigate site selection with confidence, secure the best venues, and create successful, impactful events.
