Nongluck Narkman

Nongluck Narkman joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand. She has gained extensive experience working across multiple brands, hotels, and resorts in Asia, and has a personal interest in travel and photography. She believes that her passion and philosophy of personalized service in hospitality, combined with extensive experience in MICE, will inspire clients to explore new perspectives in event organizing.

Nongluck has over 25 years of sales experience. She began her career in convention services and catering sales with Shangri-La Bangkok. In this role, she had the opportunity to serve major events, including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), the ASEAN Summit, and various incentive groups. She later worked at both Le Royal Meridien and Le Meridien President as Assistant Director of Sales – MICE. In these positions, she managed corporate meetings and major exhibitions. She then served as Director of Sales & Marketing with Starwood/Marriott, overseeing A Luxury Collection, Sheraton, and The Westin Hotels in Thailand and Vietnam for 15 years. Nongluck’s most recent role was Director of Sales & Marketing at Crowne Plaza West Hanoi Hotel & Residences, managing both multinational and SME accounts.
