Nicole Tanguay is Managing Director at HelmsBriscoe, based in Vancouver, Canada. Since joining in 2013, she has partnered with clients to deliver strategic expertise in site selection and contract negotiation, while providing leadership across the Pacific Northwest and Canadian teams. She also serves as a key resource for hotel and DMO partners throughout these regions and is team lead on one of HelmsBriscoe’s most prolific enterprise accounts, bringing a global perspective to her work.

With more than 20 years of experience in city-center and resort hotels across Canada and the United States, Nicole has held senior operations and sales leadership roles with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. During her tenure, she earned the President’s Circle distinction for six consecutive years, recognizing her consistent top-tier performance and results. Originally from Montreal, she studied at Acadia University and later lived in Sydney, Australia. She is fluent in English and French.
