Based out of Maple Valley, Washington, she supports clients with strategic site selection and meeting planning services, ensuring each program is tailored to their specific needs and delivered with precision. With a passion for creating seamless, stress-free planning experiences and a personal dedication to excellence in every engagement, she believes that every successful event begins with thoughtful planning and strong partnerships.

With more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience, Namrata has held key roles in luxury hospitality, including positions at Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and IHG Hotels. In these roles, she managed pre-openings, quality assurance, and operational leadership, which sharpened her attention to detail and strengthened her ability to deliver high-level service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Assumption University and a master’s degree in Marketing from the Asian Institute of Technology.
