Nicolás Vega joined HelmsBriscoe after over two decades in luxury hospitality. He has worked with brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, Luxury Collection, and one of the largest cruise lines. He brings an insider’s understanding of hospitality, including negotiating on behalf of clients and structuring contracts. Nicolás combines his passion for luxury service, research, and attention to detail to deliver seamless program experiences that optimize outcomes for his clients worldwide.

Nicolás has managed group accounts and incentive programs across the United States and other international destinations. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and creating collaborative partnerships that drive exceptional results. He has earned performer awards throughout his career, including recognition for exceeding targets at Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and resides in Palm Springs, California.
