Olympia Papenbrock joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2025 and is based out of New Haven, Indiana. As a hotel site selection expert, she is responsible for building strong relationships with her clients, securing hotels, and contract negotiations. With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Olympia previously worked at the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center as the Rooms Division Manager. In this role, she worked with groups from beginning to end and understands what it takes to give guests a memorable experience.
