Petra Carr joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in February of 2026 and is based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She partners with clients to strategically source hotels, negotiate favorable contracts, and deliver exceptional meeting solutions worldwide. She has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience, and has held senior leadership roles in sales, operations, and revenue strategy with major hotel brands. Her extensive background provides a comprehensive understanding of hotel operational dynamics and contract negotiations, uniquely positioning her to advocate effectively for her clients and ensure the successful execution of every event.

In her role, Petra serves as a trusted advisor—leveraging strong brand relationships, market insight, and extensive hospitality expertise to secure the best overall value and experience for her clients. She is passionate about building long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and consistent results. Her philosophy is that every meeting matters, every client relationship matters more, and success is built through consistency, integrity, and follow-through.
