Paula Niccolls joined HelmBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in May 2016, and is based in southwest England. Paula has a professional and friendly attitude, and a true passion for her work. With her experience and knowledge in sourcing venues to suit a wide range of events, both in the UK and internationally, Paula aims to find the perfect venue to make each event a success.
Paula has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 10 years of which she was employed by Hilton Worldwide as Account Manager for Key Accounts. Prior to Hilton, Paula worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group for 17 years as a Sales Manager, and in operational roles in revenue management, conferences and events. Her experience has provided her with valuable insight and in-depth knowledge of venue pricing strategies and negotiation techniques. Paula prides herself on being well-organized, and works hard to consistently respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. Her goal is to provide excellent recommendations that will save you valuable time, while incorporating the buying power and global presence of HelmsBriscoe to negotiate the best rates and contract terms for your event.
