Robin Esser Frey, B.A., University of Florida, has over 15 years experience in the meeting and hospitality business including organizing and directing fundraisers and events, and negotiating contracts for large conferences. At the University of Florida, she served as Alumni and Event Coordinator for the College of Education, and as Director of Presidential Events. In both positions, she planned and managed events and meetings all over the state of Florida and on the UF campus. She has served as a General Manager, Director of Catering, Director of Sales, and Assistant General Manager at various hotel properties in Gainesville, Florida.

As Manager, Global Accounts with HelmsBriscoe, Robin is eager to use her expertise to assist clients all over the world in selecting sites, and negotiating contracts, for their meetings and groups. Robin is a fitness enthusiast, a certified fitness instructor, and a personal trainer. One of her proudest moments was completing the Disney Marathon. She also enjoys volunteer work and traveling with her husband and son.
