Roisín Gaffney - Manager, Global Accounts
Róisín Gaffney joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in March of 2022. Based out of Dublin, Ireland, she is a meetings and events expert with a proven track record of delivering remarkable events which consistently out-perform on the world stage. Coming from the tourism industry, Róisín brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Throughout her profession, she has refined her negotiation and budgetary skills, perfected her contract expertise, and gained excellent experience working with domestic and international groups. Róisín is a Certified Incentive Specialist awarded by SITE Global and certified in Cvent Event Management. She holds professional qualifications in event management and project management and recently received a professional diploma in Data Analytics with distinction.
With more than 25 years of experience in the tourism and events industry, Róisín began her career as an Executive with the Irish Tourism Board where she perfected her knowledge of Ireland’s USP as a MICE destination. She has worked with a variety of clients, including corporate, association, incentive, and luxury, and she has a robust network of contacts in the Irish hotel and Convention Bureau sectors. Róisín has played an integral role in key projects, such as SuperFam 2015, which brought over 100 international MICE professionals to Ireland. Outside of work, she has a passion for international travel. Róisín hopes to build clients for life with trust, honor, and her personal commitment to excellence.
