With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, F&B service, procurement, training, and e-procurement systems, Roberta previously served as Senior Analyst at Hilton Supply Management, where she supported procurement system rollouts across the Americas from 2019 to 2025. As an independent trainer and consultant, she developed training programs, supported new hospitality establishments, and trained more than 30 catering professionals.
