Rachael Medina joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. Based out of Clearwater, Florida, she assists organizations in sourcing hotels and venues for meetings and events using HelmsBriscoe’s global network of hotel partners. With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Rachael brings extensive knowledge of site selection, group room blocks, contract negotiation, and meeting logistics. She uses these skills to help clients secure the right properties and navigate the planning process with confidence.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Rachael built her career in hotel operations, food and beverage, and group sales with multiple brands, including Marriott, Hilton, and the luxury Opal Collection. Her experience spans a broad portfolio of programs, ranging from executive and corporate meetings to larger group programs and special events. In these roles, she managed everything from sourcing and contracting to planning and on-site execution. She holds a degree in Business Management specializing in Hospitality and brings a practical understanding of both the hotel and planner perspective.
