Rachel Silverman joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026 and is splits her time between Boston, Massachusetts, and London, United Kingdom. With more than nine years of experience in meetings and events on both the planner and venue sides of the industry, she brings a complete perspective to every partnership, understanding what clients need and what makes a hotel say yes to the right terms.

Before joining HelmsBriscoe, Rachel was a corporate event planner and used HB's services herself. She experienced firsthand how much time and money the partnership can save — an insight that made joining the team a natural next step. Her background spans corporate event management, hospitality, catering, venue operations, event sales, and client relationship management. She has led events ranging from weddings and fundraisers to executive meetings, incentive programs, and conferences, managing complex budgets, contracts, vendors, and logistics along the way. That range means she can handle an intimate off-site as comfortably as a multi-day conference. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Stonehill College.
