Susan Guthrie Lowrance

A graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey, Susan Guthrie Lowrance has been a successful HelmsBriscoe Associate since joining the company in 2000. She works with a broad range of corporate and association clients, customizing meeting procurement solutions for their programs worldwide. Susan is a multi-year recipient of the HelmsBriscoe President’s Club award for her annual sales production. Prior to joining HB, she honed her hospitality skills working in hotel group sales for 18 years.

Susan was recognized as the Supplier of the Year from the San Diego Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. The San Diego Hotel-Motel Association also honored Susan with the Gold Key Award as the Hotel Sales Person of the Year. Aside from hospitality, Susan is a passionate arts advocate and works to support music and dance education in schools, currently as a member of the McCallum Theatre Muses Organization in Palm Desert. She is a past board member for the City Ballet of San Diego and the San Diego Symphony Notables. She was also Chairperson of the 15th Annual Star Awards Gala in San Diego, honoring outstanding volunteers in the San Diego performing arts community. The San Diego Performing Arts League honored Susan as their Volunteer Star of the Year.
