Seang Heng, or SH as some prefer to address her, joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2026. She has a strong background in media and communications, public relations, advertising, and digital marketing, including working in international TV stations. She started her career with the Cambodian Development Mission for Disability (CDMD) as their Communications and Advocacy Coordinator before moving on to Cambodia Television Network (CTN) as Head of Story and Content Producer. She later joined BBC Media Action as a TV Producer/Director. Additionally, she used to be a public relations manager for ABA Bank, the most prominent bank in Cambodia.

SH’s career spans different industries, including media, banking, and technology, providing her with extensive experience. She was Account Director at Two Way Public Relations before she took the leap of faith with HelmsBriscoe. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Media Management, as well as a second degree in English Language, majoring in Education. She is excited to help her clients book their events both within Cambodia and beyond.
