Sara La Bounty

With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, Sara La Bounty, CTSM, CMP, has a wealth of expertise in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career, she has managed every aspect of event planning, including contract negotiations, on-site logistics, food and beverage coordination, transportation, hospitality, and off-site events. Having previously been a client of HelmsBriscoe, Sara experienced firsthand how invaluable the company’s support can be in delivering successful events. This led her to join HB in March of 2010, where she’s been able to apply her deep planning knowledge to help organizations across the country execute seamless and impactful meetings and events.

Before joining HelmsBriscoe, Sara worked as a corporate meeting and trade show specialist for a mid-sized, publicly traded company. There, she was responsible for planning a wide range of events, including user group conferences, customer meetings, sales meetings, Presidents’ Club incentive trips, trade shows, and VIP events. Her commitment to professional growth led her to earn her Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) designation in 2004 and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2007. In addition, as a former long-standing member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Rocky Mountain Chapter, she actively participated in several award-winning committees and was nominated as a Rising Star for her contributions to the industry. She firmly believes that knowledge is power, and by working with her, clients gain access to HelmsBriscoe’s advanced technology and vast industry experience. Her goal is to leverage these resources to negotiate the most favorable contracts, saving clients both time and money while building long-lasting, successful partnerships.
