Based in Salt Lake City, he identifies and secures optimal global venues aligned with each client’s strategic event goals. Sean’s background directing large, geographically dispersed teams, as well as managing multimillion‑dollar budgets and advising senior leaders on enterprise‑wide talent strategies, enables him to deliver precise, data‑driven guidance and exceptional sourcing support.

Before joining HelmsBriscoe, Sean served as Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition and held multiple senior recruiting and operational leadership roles in the Air Force. He led regional and global teams, reversed production trends in challenging markets, and built training, assessment, and analytics frameworks used across the enterprise. With extensive experience managing complex programs across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia, Sean offers clients a disciplined, service‑focused approach that ensures seamless venue sourcing, strong negotiations, and events that achieve their strategic objectives.
