Sonal joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. She currently lives and works between Thailand and India and comes from an extensive hospitality and hotel background. She has lived in different parts of Asia, including India, Indonesia, Philippines, China, and Thailand, which gives her a deep understanding of the APAC region and its cultural diversity.

Prior to joining HB, Sonal worked as Manager, Guest Relations at The Ritz-Carlton Pune, where she managed a team of 14 staff and consistently excelled by exceeding guest expectations. Her key strengths lie in her ability to connect with people and understand their business and event needs. She is detail-oriented and thorough in her work, whilst being pleasant and personable in all her professional relationships. Her goal is to create a great network of clients for whom she can source and negotiate hotel contracts while providing efficient and dependable service.
